Personalized Vedic astrology charts (Kundali) based on birth details
Dasha period analysis and predictions
Sade Sati analysis and guidance
Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly horoscopes
Matchmaking and compatibility analysis (Ashtakoota)
Muhurta (auspicious timing) suggestions

Premium bespoke dossiers and reports

All calculations are performed using the authentic Lahiri Ayanamsha and Astronomy Engine 2.1.19 (VSOP87/ELP2000 ephemeris).

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and complete birth details for chart calculations
Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary algorithms
Respect the intellectual property rights of Spazia Vedic

Important: We explicitly DO NOT calculate or predict longevity, death dates, or life expectancy, in accordance with Vedic tradition and ethical guidelines. Such calculations are considered spiritually inappropriate and are strictly prohibited.

4. Payment Terms

Premium Services: Some services (premium dossiers, personalized consultations) require payment. Prices are clearly displayed before purchase.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets) and other secure payment gateways.

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all premium services. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SPAZIA VEDIC OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
