What documents do I need to send for a Vastu Audit?
You can send your builder's brochure plan, CAD drawing, architectural PDF, or a dimensioned sketch. Please ensure the North direction is marked or share the Google Maps pin of your plot/apartment so we can compute the exact solar azimuth.
I don't have a floor plan at all — can I still get a Vastu Audit?
Absolutely yes. Many of our clients come to us without any plan. We offer four simple paths: (1) your builder/society plan from the RERA filing, (2) our WhatsApp self-measure guide where you measure rooms yourself in under 20 minutes, (3) a photo-based directional audit using your phone compass and room photos, or (4) a site visit for Pune and nearby locations. Will you suggest breaking walls or expensive structural changes?
Only when structurally necessary. We firmly avoid unnecessary demolition gimmicks. Wherever possible, we prioritize minimal or zero demolition using elemental metal strips (brass/copper), color balancing, and furniture re-orientation. However, if an old property has genuine structural weaknesses, safety issues, or poor ventilation, we provide honest, scientific architectural advice — including rebuilding from the ground up for a secure, healthy, and fully Vastu-aligned modern home.
What is the turnaround time for an audit dossier?
